Terms of Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

GENERAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Products in the online store are sold by Mediatrade Oy<\/strong> (Business ID 0659327-3). We sell products to private individuals of legal age and to businesses in Finland. We also sell products within the European Union to business customers and organizations that have a valid Value Added Tax identification number (VAT number). We reserve the right to verify the validity of the VAT number and to reject an order if the VAT number is invalid or cannot be verified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prices stated in the online store include Finnish value added tax unless otherwise specified. Conditions for VAT-exempt intra-Community sales within the EU are defined below under the section (EU Sales to Business Customers)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mediatrade Oy reserves the right to verify the validity of the customer\u2019s VAT number and to reject or correct an order if the conditions for intra-Community sales are not fulfilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDERING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders placed through the online store are made via the Internet at www.mediatrade.fi through the shopping cart. All order requests are confirmed by email, stating the order price and the products ordered. Requests for quotations and price proposals are also confirmed by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An order becomes binding for both parties once we have sent you an order confirmation. Receiving an order confirmation requires providing an email address upon placing the order. We use email as the primary means of communication. The customer agrees to the current terms and conditions as they are at the time of each order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REQUESTS FOR QUOTATIONS AND PRICE PROPOSALS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead of purchasing directly through the online store, the customer may submit a price proposal or request a separate quotation from Mediatrade Oy for the products in the shopping cart. A price proposal or quotation request submitted by the customer is not a binding order and does not obligate Mediatrade Oy to accept the proposed price or provide a quotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mediatrade may accept or reject the customer\u2019s price proposal or make a counteroffer to the customer. A quotation issued by Mediatrade Oy is valid for the period specified in the quotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A binding agreement is only formed when the price and any other terms of sale have been agreed upon, and Mediatrade Oy has sent an order confirmation to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDER CONFIRMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will send an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation serves as confirmation that the order has been accepted. Please save the order confirmation so that you can review the contents of your order later. You will also need the order confirmation when contacting our customer service regarding the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online store purchases made in Finland are generally paid for at the time of ordering using the payment methods available in the online store. The following payment methods are accepted: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankki (POP), S\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6pankki, Handelsbanken, \u00c5landsbanken, S-Pankki, and Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Payments are processed through the Paytrail Oyj platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAYMENT METHODS FOR EU BUSINESS CUSTOMERS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders placed by business customers outside Finland but within the EU are paid using a payment method available in the online store or, if separately agreed, by invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mediatrade Oy reserves the right to approve the use of invoicing and, if necessary, to check the customer\u2019s credit information before approving invoicing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAYMENTS WITH VISA, VISA ELECTRON, OR MASTERCARD<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to pay with a Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard card, Mediatrade Oy acts as the marketer of the products and services and additionally delivers the products to the buyer. Paytrail Oyj acts as the payment platform for payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, and the transaction is concluded between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. Paytrail Oyj is also the recipient of the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The payment mediation service and payment service provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ONLINE BANK<\/strong> PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The payment mediation service related to online bank payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service functions in the same manner as traditional online banking payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELIVERY TIME<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We process orders on weekdays between 10:00 and 15:00 once payment has been received. The products we sell are primarily specialty products intended for professional use, and delivery times vary by product. Delivery times are specified for each product and may also be stated in the order confirmation. Customers will be informed of any delivery delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRODUCT SUPPORT \/ ORDER ISSUES<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PRODUCT INFORMATION<\/strong> AND WARRANTY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Product features, system requirements, availability, and any special conditions are described either in the product description or in the order confirmation. Products are subject to the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer and valid at the relevant time. Warranty content and duration may vary by product or manufacturer. Mediatrade Oy does not grant any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty unless separately agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mediatrade shall not be liable for any indirect damages related to products or orders, including loss of revenue or profits, defects or disruptions in devices or applications, or other commercial or financial losses resulting from delayed delivery, use of the product, or inability to use the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mediatrade will not be liable for defects in products if the customer has modified the product themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mediatrade\u2019s maximum liability for all damages shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms do not restrict rights granted to consumer customers under mandatory legislation. The above limitations of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We reserve the right to delay delivery if we, the manufacturer of the product, or any other party in the supply chain is affected by a force majeure event. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, strikes, boycotts, export and import restrictions, transportation and logistics disruptions, disruptions in telecommunications or energy networks, wars, epidemics, fires, floods, and other similar events beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EU SALES TO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sales to destinations within the European Union outside Finland through our online store are intended for companies and other taxable entities that possess a valid Value Added Tax identification number (VAT number).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the conditions for VAT-exempt intra-Community sales are fulfilled and the goods are delivered from Finland to another EU Member State, the sale is made without Finnish value added tax (VAT 0% intra-Community supply). The buyer is responsible for accounting for and paying VAT on the intra-Community acquisition in their own Member State in accordance with the applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mediatrade Oy reserves the right to verify the customer\u2019s VAT number and other requirements for VAT-exempt intra-Community sales. If the conditions are not fulfilled, Mediatrade Oy shall have the right to charge the applicable VAT or cancel the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business customers do not have a right of cancellation, exchange, or return based on consumer protection legislation. Any return of products must be agreed upon in writing with Mediatrade Oy in advance. This does not restrict the customer’s rights regarding defective products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELIVERY METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When placing an order, the customer may choose from the delivery methods available in the online store for the applicable destination country. Shipping costs are stated during checkout before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELIVERIES WITHIN FINLAND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When placing an order, you may select your preferred delivery method. Available delivery methods and their prices are displayed in the online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Online store orders exceeding \u20ac500 for Finnish customers are delivered free of charge within Finland to the nearest Posti service point, unless otherwise specified for the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PICKUP FROM STORE<\/strong><\/strong> \/ NOUTO VALLILASTA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may collect your order from our store during opening hours. We will notify you by email, or in some cases by telephone, when your order is ready for collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POSTI PARCEL<\/strong><\/strong> \/ POSTIPAKETTI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The order will be delivered to the nearest Posti service point or parcel locker within 2\u20133 business days. Processed orders are dispatched through scheduled Posti pickups on Tuesdays and Thursdays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will receive a delivery notification from Posti by text message and\/or email if you have provided these contact details when placing your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POSTI EXPRESS PARCEL<\/strong> \/ POSTI EXPRESS-PAKETTI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The order will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order, typically on the next business day following collection of the parcel from our office by Posti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DELIVERIES TO EU COUNTRIES OUTSIDE FINLAND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders to EU countries outside Finland are generally shipped using DHL Economy or DHL Express services. Available delivery methods and their prices are displayed in the online store during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consumer customers purchasing through the online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of withdrawal applies to products purchased through the online store that are in resalable condition, in good condition, and in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business customers do not have a right of cancellation, exchange, or return unless the product is defective or the return has been agreed in writing in advance with Mediatrade Oy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For consumer customer returns, the customer is responsible for the costs arising from the return or exchange. Returns and exchanges may be made directly at the store or shipped to our address. We do not collect shipments from Posti pickup locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
