From a single camera unit to a multi-unit production

The system can be used for anything from a single camera unit to a production involving multiple transmitting units. It enables live streaming from virtually any location, as it uses mobile networks for video transmission.

The system can function either as part of your own production system by integrating servers at the client’s production facilities into their system, or streams can be remotely directed, for example, to RTMP to the client’s desired channel. If needed, production facilities can also be provided at Rockway Oy’s full-service studios in Vallila.

Equipment

We use LiveU LU800/LU600/LU300 units, which can be adapted to the customer’s needs. In addition, the system includes LU2000 servers, through which the camera units are transferred to the production mixer either through SDI or NDI.

Service Description 

The number of cameras in the system can be expanded according to the customer’s needs

For example, a four-camera live broadcast without technical support and SIM cards costs €3,000 + VAT (24%) for one day. The price includes LU800/LU600/LU300 devices, which transmit the signal from the cameras, and the LU2000 server, which receives the broadcast. From there, the signal is directed either to the customer’s production facilities or a streaming platform. The server is delivered according to the customer’s needs, either to the customer or connected and routed from the service provider’s premises.

SIM cards based on location and desired quality

Additionally, the customer acquires SIM cards, the number of which depends on the location and the desired broadcast quality. The system supports 4K broadcasts if needed but naturally requires a larger number of SIM cards to transmit the necessary amount of data.
