Maintenance and repairs
Mediatrade has comprehensive support contracts for many of our customers’ production and distribution systems, which ensures the best productivity for their investments.
Maintenance is available with various options
The service can be scaled according to the customer’s needs, up to local monitoring and 24/7 service with a short response time.
Equipment maintenance
We repair most Litepanels lights and TVLogic monitors ourselves. In addition, we offer maintenance for all the products we represent, in cooperation with manufacturers. Our competent staff helps to solve the challenges of all our customers in the form of product support, training, and consulting services.
All NEW devices supplied by Mediatrade include at least a 12-month warranty.
Please deliver the device to us only after we have confirmed with you. In this way, we ensure the smooth progress of the maintenance process and you will avoid additional costs.
We do not pick up devices from Posti or Matkahuolto. The customer is responsible for the delivery of the device to our office. In the case of valid warranty, Mediatrade is responsible for the post delivery back to the service customer.
Maintenance of equipment purchased elsewhere
As a rule, we only service devices that have been purchased from Mediatrade.
If you want to service a device purchased elsewhere, the service will incur additional costs in addition to the service work, such as delivery costs and handling costs. The costs vary depending on whether we do the work by ourselves or whether the maintenance takes place at the manufacturer.
