The KMount Microphone Shock Mount offers additional protection for the microphone due to its tube-like aluminum microphone cage and offers a true 4-point suspension system based on K-Tek’s famous KSUS suspenders.
The tough microphone cage, strong grip on the microphone and superb vibration dampening are the qualities most loved about the KMT.
With a machined aluminum cage, the microphone is actually held firmly in place by two polymer KSUS Suspenders spaced 2.5″ apart. The mounts stretch to accommodate most shotgun mics.
